Rewirology
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rewirology website, application, and related services, together referred to as the “Service.”
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any purchase terms shown before checkout.
Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice explain how we handle information.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Rewirology is a wellness application for professionals in high-pressure work environments.
The Service may include breathing exercises, guided audio sessions, structured talk-down protocols, mood check-ins, workplace-wellness information, optional calendar-based reminders, and other wellness tools.
Rewirology is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapy service, clinical service, crisis service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
Nothing provided through Rewirology constitutes medical, psychological, diagnostic, treatment, employment, or other professional advice.
Using Rewirology does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other clinical relationship.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rewirology.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
Where parental or guardian permission is required, you may use Rewirology only after that permission has been obtained.
You may need to create an account to use some or all features.
You agree to:
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where unauthorized activity results from a failure for which Rewirology is legally responsible.
You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide access to your account to another person.
Rewirology is operated from the United States.
Availability may vary by platform, device, feature, payment method, and applicable law.
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Some Rewirology features may require a paid subscription or other purchase.
Current subscription options, prices, billing periods, trial terms, renewal details, promotional terms, and included features will be shown before you complete a purchase.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount disclosed at checkout, together with applicable taxes and other disclosed charges.
Unless otherwise stated before purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Before purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you will be shown the applicable price, billing frequency, trial or introductory period, renewal terms, and cancellation method.
Trials and promotional offers may be limited by eligibility, platform, purchase method, or time period. Unless otherwise stated, a trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription if it is not cancelled before the trial ends.
We may change subscription prices or introduce new plans. A price change will not alter an amount already paid for a completed billing period. Where required, notice will be provided before a changed price applies to a future renewal.
You may cancel through the platform or payment method used to purchase the subscription.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you may continue using paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for.
Deleting the application, stopping use of Rewirology, disconnecting your calendar, or deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
Payments may be processed by Stripe, an application marketplace, or another payment provider.
Payment transactions are also governed by the applicable provider’s terms, billing rules, refund rules, and privacy policy.
Rewirology does not receive or store your complete payment card number where payment details are collected directly by a payment provider.
We may receive information needed to manage your access, including subscription status, selected plan, trial status, renewal date, transaction status, and payment-provider reference information.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, refunded, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may suspend or limit access to paid features.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable once charged.
Refund requests may need to be submitted through the platform or payment provider used for the purchase. For purchases made directly through Rewirology, contact privacy@rewirology.com.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Rewirology may occasionally offer a lifetime, founding, or other one-time access option.
Unless otherwise stated before purchase, “lifetime” refers to the period during which the applicable Rewirology service continues to exist and operate. It does not refer to the purchaser’s lifetime.
A lifetime or one-time purchase does not guarantee:
If the applicable Service permanently ceases to operate, access under the lifetime or one-time plan will end.
If you enable calendar integration, you authorize Rewirology to connect to the calendar provider you select and access information permitted through that connection.
Depending on the access you choose, Rewirology may:
Rewirology is designed not to edit, move, or delete your existing calendar events.
Calendar-provider permissions may technically allow access to additional event details. Our handling of calendar information is described in the Privacy Policy.
You may revoke calendar access through Rewirology or through your calendar-provider settings.
Revoking calendar access disables calendar-based features but does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
Rewirology does not guarantee that every relevant event will be identified, every match will be accurate, every reminder will be delivered, or every calendar connection will operate without interruption.
You remain responsible for reviewing and managing your own calendar and reminders.
Rewirology may allow you to record a mood or emotional state.
The Service may use your check-ins, session activity, or selected settings to save and display your history, show patterns over time, suggest relevant content, personalize parts of the Service, and improve the user experience.
Mood check-ins, patterns, and suggestions are wellness features only. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, medical records, psychological evaluations, professional recommendations, or predictions about your health.
Rewirology content may include guided audio, breathing exercises, written prompts, preparation tools, structured talk-down protocols, and general wellness information.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Content may not be appropriate or effective for every person or situation.
Stop an exercise if it causes pain, dizziness, significant discomfort, worsening distress, or other concerning symptoms.
Do not use Rewirology while driving, operating machinery, crossing roads, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
Our handling of mood and related information is described in the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
Rewirology is designed to provide general wellness support.
We do not guarantee that using the Service will:
Results depend on individual circumstances and may vary.
Rewirology and the content made available through the Service are owned by us, licensed to us, or otherwise used with permission.
Protected content may include audio recordings, scripts, written content, breathing exercises, graphics, branding, designs, layouts, software, databases, features, and the selection and presentation of content.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use Rewirology for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
You agree not to:
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable protective action.
Rewirology may connect to or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, calendar providers, application marketplaces, hosting providers, and external websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their independent availability, security, content, performance, billing practices, or privacy practices.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if:
Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to respond to fraud, unlawful conduct, security concerns, misuse, or risk of harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewirology is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, compatible with every device or platform, or effective for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewirology and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of the Service.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, opportunity, employment or professional outcomes, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to Rewirology will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Rewirology during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewirology and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Rewirology, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to rights or forum protections that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Rewirology will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Washington State.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Rewirology agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting privacy@rewirology.com.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Rewirology, subscription arrangements, payment methods, features, business practices, or applicable law.
If we make a material change, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or through another appropriate method.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the Rewirology business.
These Terms, together with the purchase terms displayed before checkout, form the agreement between you and Rewirology concerning the Service.
